How breast reduction is performed
- Markings define the new nipple position and the skin to be excised, made with the person standing.
- The pedicle is de-epithelialised, breast tissue is resected from the predetermined zones, and the specimen weight from each side is recorded. Remaining tissue is shaped and the pillars are approximated to create projection.
- The nipple areola complex is inset and the skin is closed in layers. Drains may be placed. The procedure is performed under general anesthesia and generally takes two and a half to four hours. A supportive surgical bra is worn afterwards.

A year later, and I'm not so glad about having a 360 lipo. Did I lose inches? Yes. But my one stomach now looks like three in one, and I have a boxy shape. I can't see my belly most of the times. And the back of me still looks the same so a 360 was pointless. Feeling regretful.
